Please take the time to read the PA Child Protection Compliance Memo linked below.
You are a vital part of making the Swim Team successful and we hope that we can count on your support in applying the new PA Child Protection guidelines.
Please submit a copy of your 2 clearances (you can use RTMSD clearances if you already have them) and the notarized Application for Volunteers.
Your bank should wave the notarization fee, or you can call the office of Eugene Bonner Attorney at #610 565-8787, 111 North Olive Street Media PA and make an appointment for notarization. You will need a picture ID and have to sign the application at that time, the fee will be waived.
Please leave all 3 documents in a sealed envelope, marked: attention Iris O'Connor, at the BLCC gate, or mail to BLCC PO Box 93 Media PA 19063.
